Winstanley have flexibility not only in manufacturing processes but also in shift patterns. This enables us to offer customers a full service from rapid development and prototyping through to bulk production and roll-outs.

This can be anything from a simple display hook, hanging arm or rear support bar as a fabrication roll-out, to a multi-component sheet metal roll-out of supermarket / electrical retailer slotted system back panels, shelves & shelf brackets, etc.

Winstanley work in a variety of materials & finishing processes, from powder coated mild steel to stainless steel, laser cut / punched & folded, TIG / MIG or spot welded together.
All requirements are within the Winstanley scope.

Early involvement in a custom project during the design process enables Winstanley to value engineer the product and by working with our existing plant / tooling & processes eliminates the need for expensive tooling. Increased material utilisation and a reduction in labour times is a further benefit which reduces unit costs.

Being a totally bespoke manufacturing operation, we have years of experience in taking ideas from a design visual through to proto-typing, pre-production sampling & value engineering, right through to bulk volume production.
